Приведены результаты собственных наблюдений касательно особенностей течения астенического синдрома у детей школьного возраста, больных хроническим гепатитом B, C и микст-формами. Установлено, что хронический гепатит C, а также микст-гепатит сопровождаются более выраженными симптомами дезадаптации и соматогенной астении, чем гепатит B, при котором превалировали психогенные проявления. Уровень эндогенной интоксикации также был выше при гепатите C.

60 children of senior school age with functional pathology of pancreas and 30 apparently healthy children of the same age were examined for the purpose of dental health assessment. Risk factors of development of lesion of pancreas were detected: irregular nutrition (41,7 %), burdened heredity (33,3 %), autonomic imbalance, in particular instability of vascular tone (13,3 %), massive helminth invasion (11,7 %). There were established the clinical peculiarities of lesions of the pancreas as well as signs of edema of the head of pancreas by data of sonographic method of examination. Factors of deterioration in the condition of oral cavity, teeth and periodontal tissue in the cohort of patients are: unsatisfactory hygiene of oral cavity (absence of a toothbrush, undurable and untho-rough brushing of teeth and tongue, inability to use dental floss for removal of uneaten food from gingival sulcus and spaces between teeth), as well as rare visits to a dentist with the purpose of prevention and treatment (46,7 %).

Current system of medical education in Ukraine needs improvement and reforms in order to enhance the proficiency of doctors and paramedics. Training of practical/technical skills, communication, as well as teamwork skills is considerably important. The use of simulation techniques and methods in medical education is called simulation training in medicine. Medical skills are acquired through cognitive (knowledge) and psychomotor (practice) skills. The first medical simulation centers appeared in Ukraine in 2006 according to tire order of the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine. On June 20, 2013, a new simulation training center was opened in Ivano-Frankivsk on the base of Regional Perinatal Center. Similar medical simulation centers were opened in the second half of 2013 in Volyn and Vinnytsia regions under the Ukrainian-Swiss Mother and Child Health Programme, which started in the area of perinatology. Their goal is to improve the teamwork of ail specialists involved in the process of delivery and neonatal intensive care,as well as to engage internship doctors and senior medical students in clinical skills training programmes. The use of simulation techniques and training programs offers a powerful platform to study and practice clinical reasoning behaviors and patterns.
